In der neuen Spielzeit 2020/2021 des Salzburger Landestheaters stehen unter dem Titel „Heimkehr zum Ich“ Protagonist*innen im Mittelpunkt, die plötzlich auf sich selbst geworfen sind.
Schon weit vor Ausbruch der Corona-Pandemie fiel die Wahl auf dieses Thema, das nun im Zusammenhang mit den Maßnahmen zu sozialer Isolation und dem Rückzug ins Private eine neue Aktualität erhält.

Kartenbüro wieder geöffnet
Am Montag, den 18. Mai, wird das Kartenbüro in der Theatergasse wieder für den persönlichen Kundenverkehr geöffnet sein. Wir sind von Montag bis Freitag von 9 bis 13 Uhr und 14 bis 17 Uhr sowie am Samstag von 9 bis 13 Uhr für Sie da. Bitte beachten Sie beim Betreten die behördlichen Schutzmaßnahmen. Weiterhin sind wir natürlich auch telefonisch und per E-Mail für Sie erreichbar: +43(0)662 871512-222 bzw. service@salzburger-landestheater.at.

Зальцбургский театр марионеток
Зальцбургский театр марионеток, отметивший свой вековой юбилей, является одним из старейших в мире театров марионеток. Он был открыт в 1913 году, и за прошедшие годы стал излюбленным местом отдыха не только для тысяч юных зрителей, но и для множества взрослых, которые с удовольствием посещают все спектакли. Популярность этого театра давно вышла за пределы Австрии и облетела практически весь мир.
Репертуар театра включает в себя произведения разных жанров, но центральное место в нем занимают творения Вольфганга Амадея Моцарта, с которых и началась деятельность театра. Идейным вдохновителем был профессор Антон Айчер, разработавший уникальную конструкцию, благодаря которой стало возможным по-настоящему «оживить» неподвижные куклы. Так появились марионетки, способные передать не только различные движения человека, но и его эмоции.
Марионетки зальцбургского театра представляют собой нечто удивительное – с их участием ставятся оперные и балетные спектакли, оперетты и музыкально-драматические постановки. Во время представлений на сцене происходит поистине фантастическое действо, доставляющее зрителям невероятное удовольствие и привлекающее в зал целые семьи.

Зальцбургский Государственный театр располагается в исторической части города на площади Макартплац неподалеку от набережной. Прекрасное здание было построено в качестве «придворного» театра в 1775 году в изысканном стиле классицизм. Однако функционировать он стал как полноценный художественный театр лишь в 1893 году.
На подмостках театра ставятся очень интересные театральные постановки, мюзиклы, оперетты, оперы основной труппой театра. Здание рассчитано на 700 мест. В настоящее время Зальцбургский Государственный театр является очень популярным культурным заведением, городской достопримечательностью и охраняемым памятником культуры и архитектуры, входящим в список ЮНЕСКО.

Jedermann-Camp
On the drama Jedermann (Everyman) by Hugo von Hofmannsthal
For teenagers aged 10 to 15

Hugo von Hofmannsthal’s Jedermann (Everyman) lies at the very heart of the Salzburg Festival. ‘The entire city holds its breath for this play’, wrote Max Reinhardt during the 1930s, ‘even the children act out Jedermann’. Indeed, the children back then did perform Hofmannsthal’s ‘Play of the Rich Man’s Death’ for their own amusement.
Just as in the 1930s, the children and young people who take part in the Jedermann camp will experience the original version and present their own play after an intensive week of preparation. The alternation between choral singing, instrumental music, acting and stage design will enable participants to slip in and out of different roles and rise to the various tasks that are vital in putting on your own theatre production.

On the opera Elektra by Richard Strauss
For teenagers aged 13 to 15

Richard Strauss’s Elektra tells the tragic story of a family in crisis. More than a decade ago, head of the family Agamemnon set out as military leader of the Greeks to do battle with the Trojans. He now returns home – but as a victor? His family has disintegrated in the meantime: his wife hates him; she and her lover will soon kill him; and Elektra will try to avenge her father. However, this act of retaliation ultimately destroys the avenger herself. Richard Strauss’s opera is a revelatory experience. Musically and psychologically, we’re taken on a rollercoaster of emotions: what makes Elektra tick? What drives her? What relationship does she have with her mother and with her brother Orestes? This all raises the question: what can we forgive our parents for, and what not?

Zauberflöten-Camp
On the opera Die Zauberflöte by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
For children aged 9 to 12
Camp language: German, English
Mozart’s Zauberflöte is the most famous Singspiel ever composed and has long cast a magical spell over young people and adults alike. The children will accompany the brave Prince Tamino on a journey into Sarastro’s mysterious realm, where he plans to free his Pamina. On this quest they encounter wondrous creatures and enchanting melodies, which help Tamino to withstand all his dangerous trials. The children will hit the high notes as Queen of the Night, help Papageno to catch his birds, or play the magic flute in the camp orchestra.

Intolleranza-Camp
On the opera Intolleranza 1960 by Luigi Nono
For teenagers aged 15 to 17
Camp language: German, English
Luigi Nono’s Intolleranza 1960 sounds like an outcry – a manifesto, composed in sound, against intolerance and oppression. On the one hand it’s a plea for peace and freedom, on the other a moving story about life, love and death. What does it feel like to be alone in a foreign place? How can fanaticism, state impunity and social inequality be dealt with? Aren’t these questions that affect our society, young and older people alike, just as much today as when the work was composed in 1960?
Nono’s sophisticated musical language will be explored in the opera camp. Together we’ll develop our own way of engaging with this 20th century masterpiece, using the elements of music, dance and staging.
